Document Required
- Birth Certificate
- Transfer Certificate from the previous school
- Passport size photographs – 5 no
- Marks card for the previous grade
- Cast Certificate (in case of OBC, SC & ST)
- Application form and the prospectus can be obtained from the school office on all working days between 10:00 am to 4:00 pm
- Application form should be submitted along with a copy of Birth Certificate. One original certificate should be produced at the time of admission which would be retained in school.
